  • cd C: \Users\admin\Desktop\Files


  • Consider replacing the path after cd with the path to your file or folder.


  • Use the command to hide a file or folder and press Enter:


  • Attrib +h Secret Files”.


  • Consider replacing “Secret Files” with your file or folder name. Necessary is the quotation marks when you use spaces in the name.

Use these steps in order to hide a folder with files and subfolders:

  • Type command cd Secret Files” to navigate inside the hidden folder and press Enter.


  • Make sure to replace “Secret Files” with your folder or file name.


  • Use command attrib +h /s /d to hide all files and folder of your selection.
